OFFICERS & DIRECTORS

Warren MacLeod BA., Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Warren MacLeod has 20 years of experience in the junior mining industry in both the private and public sectors.  Warren's experience covers a wide range of skills necessary to run a public exploration company and has developed precious metal, base metal, industrial mineral and diamond properties in numerous countries in North America, Europe and Africa.

Paul Moore P.Geo, Director and VP Exploration
Paul Moore, P. Geo., holds BSc (hons) and MSc degrees in Earth Sciences (Geology) from Memorial University (1986, 1990) and has been actively involved in the mining industry since 1987.  Mr. Moore's career has been largely in senior technical roles with senior mining companies in North America including Senior Geologist and Assistant to Vice-President of Exploration North America with Teck Corporation from 1991 to 2001 (now Teck Resources) and as Senior Geologist with Anglo American Exploration Canada from 2001 to 2002. He has been the Vice-President of Exploration for Royal Roads since January 2007.

Donald S. MacLeod
Donald (Dennis) MacLeod is a retired mining executive and former nuclear chemist. He is a member of the nuclear institute (M.Nuc I) UK and an Honorary Fellow of the University of the Highlands and Islands, Scotland.  Mr. MacLeod worked with Anglo American Corporation in their Zambian and South African operations from the 1960's to the late 1970's and spearheaded the development of ACC's Ergo project, a 2 million tonne per month tailings re-treatment project for the recovery of gold, uranium and sulphur from the historical Witwatersrand gold mining and tailings dams.  Since the early 1980's, Mr. MacLeod headed up a number of junior mining companies before negotiating the acquisition for control of Pamour Mines from Noranda and Giant Yellowknife Gold Mines from Falconbridge becoming Chairman of these companies.  Subsequently Mr. MacLeod formed Caledonia Mining Corporation, a company with mining and exploration assets in a number of countries in Africa and Europe.

Edmund Merringer LL.B., Director
Edmund Merringer was a partner of the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Mr. Merringer specialized in securities and capital markets including corporate finance, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Merringer is a member of the the Canadian Bar Association and has been a Director of the Company since 2007.

Steven Poad CA, Director
Steven Poad is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Poad has held senior positions at a variety of companies including High River Gold Mines Ltd., Falconbridge Limited, and currently serves as CFO of Colossus Minerals Inc. Mr. Poad was a Director of TSX-V listed Buchans River Ltd. prior to the take over by Royal Roads in 2008.

Dan Burneski, Director
Dan Burneski is currently consulting and working on developing various agriculture related projects in Western Canada for a number of clients. He has over 25 years experience in international commodity trading and, until February 2010, was President and a Director of Finora Inc. Mr. Burneski is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and Manitoba as well a being a CPA (Washington). He is also a member of the Financial Executive Institute, GAFTA arbitrator and various other organizations.

Andrew Forrest MSc BEng, Director
Andrew Forrest of Nyon, Switzerland, is a mining and mechanical engineer with 10 years experience in the mineral resource industry. Mr. Forrest has been involved in numerous resource projects from grass roots exploration through feasibility study to mine construction in a number of different locations including Zimbabwe, Guyana, Peru, Canada, Germany and the United States.

Suzan Frazer LL.B., Corporate Secretary
Suzan Frazer is a partner at the Halifax office of the law firm, McInnes Cooper, and has been practicing corporate law for over 20 years.  Ms. Frazer's experience includes public offerings and private placements under securities legislation, stock exchange listings, take-over bids, mergers and acquisitions.

Teri Anderson MBA CA, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Anderson holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, a Chartered Accountant designation, and a B.Sc. (Biology) from Acadia University.  Ms. Anderson has been providing financial consulting services to private and public companies since 1999, after five years as a senior financial manager at Nova Scotia Power, a TSX-listed energy company, and five years in public accounting practice with Ernst & Young.
